About the role
Design and build autonomous agents and multi-agent workflows for enterprise applications, working with LangGraph, LangChain, LLM integrations, tool calling, memory, workflow orchestration and Python backend services.
Key responsibilities
- Build AI agents and multi-agent systems with LangGraph and LangChain
- Develop conversational and autonomous workflows with defined reasoning and orchestration flows
- Implement tool and function calling, agent memory and context management
- Integrate agents with APIs, databases and enterprise applications
- Develop backend APIs with Python and FastAPI
- Monitor and improve agent reliability and performance
- Diagnose agent execution and integration issues
- Collaborate with AI architects and backend engineers
Required qualifications
- 3-7 years of overall professional experience, including 1-3 years of directly relevant hands-on experience
- Strong Python development skills and experience building APIs with FastAPI
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph and LangChain
- Experience integrating OpenAI, Gemini or Claude APIs
- Understanding of agentic AI, multi-agent systems, reasoning, memory and workflow orchestration
- Experience with prompt engineering, tool or function calling, and REST APIs
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative version-control workflows
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with RAG and vector databases
- Experience with LangSmith
- Experience with RAGAS or TruLens
- Experience with Docker
- Exposure to AWS, Google Cloud or Azure
Interview process
One interview round with Aptlogica, followed by one or two client interview rounds.
