About the role
Lead end-to-end delivery of key initiatives and workstreams within an International Wealth Management programme for a global bank.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives and workstreams within the International Wealth Management programme
- Develop detailed project plans, maintain RAID logs, and manage scope, schedule, budget and cross-functional dependencies
- Prioritise delivery by business impact, regulatory requirement and operational risk, aligned to the target operating model
- Coordinate across business, technology, vendor and control-function stakeholders (Legal, Risk, Compliance, Tax)
- Guide scope and design decisions across the investment product lifecycle – asset capture, order/lifecycle management, settlements, reporting
- Identify and manage project risks; give regular, transparent updates to leadership and steering committees
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in Wealth Management, International Wealth Management, Private Banking, Wholesale Banking or Asset Management
- Deep understanding of derivatives, structured products, funds, and capital-markets / private-assets product lifecycles
- Proven delivery of transformation initiatives, metrics tracking, Agile, and self-starting in unstructured environments
- Jira, Confluence, Power BI or similar
- Highly preferred: hands-on Avaloq Core Platform exposure and PMP or PRINCE2 certification
Qualification
Any Graduate. PMP or PRINCE2 certification highly preferred.
Notice period
Immediate / quick joiners strongly preferred.
Location: Mumbai (relocation considered for serious candidates)
