About the role
Lead a team of 8-12 engineers owning the core platform services – integrations, workflow
engine and data services – that every product module depends on.
What you'll do
- Lead, hire and grow a high-performing engineering team
- Own delivery, architecture and quality for platform services
- Partner with product on roadmap and with customers on enterprise integrations
- Set engineering practices: design reviews, on-call, quality metrics
What we're looking for
- 9-14 years of experience, including 2+ years managing engineering teams
- Strong hands-on background in backend and distributed systems
- Track record of shipping B2B SaaS at scale
- Supply-chain or enterprise-software domain experience preferred
