About the Opportunity
We are hiring for a growing product company and fintech client building robust lending infrastructure for banks and NBFCs. They are looking for a hands-on developer to join their core product team in Chennai to drive end-to-end product development from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development: Develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications utilizing Java-based backend technologies and React.js for frontend interfaces.
Architecture & Product Building: Contribute heavily to product development from scratch, including architecture design, setting coding standards, and core feature delivery.
API Integration: Design, build, and maintain robust RESTful APIs and integrate seamlessly with third-party services.
Performance & Security: Optimize application performance, ensure high security standards, and maintain responsiveness across services.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and Product Owners in an Agile environment.
Required Technical Skills
Back-End Expertise: Strong core programming skills in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate / JPA.
Front-End Proficiency: Hands-on experience with React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript / TypeScript.
Database Management: Solid working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) with strong query optimization skills.
Development Tools: Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications & Tech Stack Bonus
Domain Experience: Prior project experience in the Banking, FinTech, or Lending domain.
Advanced Architecture: Practical knowledge of Microservices architecture.
Cloud & DevOps: Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines/cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
