About the company A leading global professional services firm with a large Financial Services practice in India, advising Indian and global banks on strategy, risk, regulation, finance and transformation. About the role Lead functional and business consulting engagements for Indian banks and financial institutions – digital transformation, business strategy and client advisory. 2 positions open at Manager or Associate Director band. Key responsibilities - Lead functional and business consulting engagements for Indian banks and financial institutions, driving digital transformation, business strategy and client advisory - Formulate business solutions and strategic recommendations across Liabilities, Assets, Lending and SME Banking - Define non-technical digital transformation strategies, business requirements, target operating models and transformation roadmaps - Own day-to-day interaction with senior client stakeholders, facilitate executive workshops, and support business development and proposal solutioning - Structure ambiguous business problems, perform due diligence and market assessments, and design scalable implementation roadmaps - Manage, mentor and coach consulting teams (Senior Consultants, Consultants, Analysts) to deliver high-quality outcomes on time What we're looking for - Mandatory: prior or current experience with a Big 4 or leading management / financial-services consulting firm - Strong hands-on functional consulting experience in Indian banking – Liabilities, Assets, Lending or SME Banking - Operating model transformation, business strategy, due diligence, product/project management, client management, customer lifecycle optimisation - Structured thinking, executive presence, cross-functional team leadership and senior client communication Qualification MBA / PGDM from a reputed institution preferred, with a Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline. Notice period Less than 60 days strictly preferred. Experience: 8 to 12+ years | Work mode: Hybrid | Location: Mumbai
